Originating in the late Middle Ages right here in Italy, Commedia dell'Arte has entered the hearts of many ever since, providing fun and merriment with its grotesque portrayal of society. Here are our protagonists: Punchinello, Harlequin, Zanni, Brighella, Colombina, Pantalone, Balanzone and Capitan Spaventa! Characters representative of all social classes, in which two opposing forces merge and clash: "the love of power" and "the power of love"? Who do you think will win?

Our Compagnie di Commedianti dell'Arte are heirs to one of Italy's oldest and finest folk traditions. Like their predecessors, they are able to act "all'improvvisa," bringing back to the stage ancient canovacci that offer an endless source of themes, in accordance with the client's request (e.g. a particular historical occasion, or a place rich in history). Or bring to the stage, following the technique of commedia dell'arte modern works of which we have a wide variety!
